Return & Exchange Policy

The short version

Uncut, unwashed fabric in its original packing can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Fabric cut to a custom length is not returnable unless it is defective.

How to start a return

1. Open **My Orders**, choose the order and tap **Return or Exchange**

2. Pick a reason and upload a photo of the fabric and the mill mark

3. We arrange a free pickup within 2 to 4 working days

4. Once the fabric passes inspection, the refund is issued within 5 working days

Defective or wrong fabric

If the weave, colour or meterage does not match your order, we replace it at our cost and pay both-way shipping. Report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Refund method

Refunds return to the original payment method. Cash on delivery orders are refunded to a bank account you provide during the return request.
